This is only the first step in a process to improve your experience at services offered by Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. ("BSE").

If you agree to the terms and conditions as given below, simply Register.  All information you provide will be kept confidential. We will not disclose your personal information without your express permission.

  1. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement and the changes that may be made by BSE.  BSE reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and also to modify the features of this Service at any time. By registering for this Service and/or continuing to use this Service, you agree to be bound by changes that may be made by BSE to this Service.   

  2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BSE, its directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. In such event, you shall provide BSE with such co-operation and information as is reasonably requested by BSE.   

  3. This Service is available "as is." BSE does not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in the news, information or other materials available through this Service. BSE is not responsible for the availability or contents of other services that may be linked to this Service. BSE does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this Service or any information that are available through this Service. Neither BSE makes any representations, nor does endorse the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any statement or other material or database displayed, uploaded or distributed in this Service or available through links in this Service. BSE reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in this Service. Although BSE intends to take reasonable steps to prevent the entry of viruses, worms or other destructive program to this Service, BSE does not guarantee or warrant that this Service or information that may be downloaded from this Service shall not contain viruses, worms etc. BSE is not liable for any damages or harm attributable to viruses, worms etc. If you rely on this Service and any materials available through this Service, you do so solely at your own risk.
